Data processing for users of our contact form

Purpose

When you use the contact form on our website we process the personal data you enter with the purpose of answering your questions.

Legal basis

The data processing is based on legal interest, in which we consider that you have chosen to enter the data in order to ask a question and that you will expect an answer.

Which data are processed?

We need your name and e-mail address to contact you. Any other information you give is completely voluntary, but it will in some cases be of help to know your profession and place of work.

Please note: If your question contains data on your own or some other identifiable person’s health, we will delete both your message and our answer as soon as the latter is sent. After this, your health data will no longer be in our systems.
