Reducing severe perineal trauma: The effect of two midwives during the second stage of labour

Malin will present "Oneplus": a multicentre, randomised controlled trial in Sweden.
The aim of the Oneplus trial was to test the hypothesis that the presence of a second midwife during the second stage of labour, with the purpose of preventing SPT, would result in fewer injuries affecting the anal sphincter than if attended by one midwife.
