Rita Salvador-Lopez

Midwife, PhD

Rita graduated in Nursing from the University of Alcalá de Henares in 2001 and Specialist in Gynecology and Obstetrics from the University of Canterbury (United Kingdom) since 2004. Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from UNED (2014). Since 2008, she has worked as a Midwife at Puerta de Hierro Hospital in Majadahonda (Madrid), and since 2015, she has been a Clinical Simulation Instructor with the PROMPT team and the Simulation Unit of Puerta de Hierro.

In 2023, she earned her Doctorate in Medicine and Surgery from the Autonomous University of Madrid with the thesis:
Multidisciplinary Training in Shoulder Dystocia and Reduction of Neonatal Morbidity at Puerta de Hierro Hospital in Majadahonda, Madrid.
