Data processing with a sales purpose
We may collect and process contact information from the internet, or in some cases third parties such as Linkedin, with the purpose of selling our products. This we do in accordance with the rights of the data subject as described in the article 14 of the GDPR by informing the subject of the processing as soon as possible, and no later than 30 days after the first processing.
The data processing is based on legal interest, in which we weigh our legitimate interest in processing the data against the subject’s interest in not having the data processed.
Which data are processed?
We will gather contact information such as name, e-mail address and phone number, in addition to information on profession and place of work.
Receivers in the personal data
GynZone collaborates closely with Vulva Enterprise and Hegenberger Speculum,

If we find that these products may be of interest to someone whose contact information we have collected, we may in some cases hand over the contact information to these companies. In this transfer of information GynZone, Vulva Enterprise and Omniview Speculum are considered joint controllers with mutual responsibility for any data processing.
